Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with war178. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension or closure.
war178 requires identity verification (KYC) to comply with international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You must provide the following documents upon request:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access. war178 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Important: Accounts that fail KYC verification or provide fraudulent documents will be permanently closed, and all funds may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Your Account is for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account, nor may you transfer, sell, or assign your Account to another individual. Commercial use of the Platform, including operating as an agent or broker for other bettors, is strictly prohibited.
You agree to keep all Account information current and accurate. Changes to your email address, phone number, or residential address must be updated in your Account settings immediately. war178 is not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated contact information.

war178 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
Deposits are typically processed instantly. The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification status of your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
war178 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
war178 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits and withdrawals. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawing to prevent misuse of the Platform for money laundering purposes.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if:
war178 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at our sole discretion. Bets are not valid until confirmed by the Platform and reflected in your betting history. We may refuse bets that exceed maximum stake limits, appear to exploit system errors, or are deemed to be part of fraudulent activity.
All bets are settled based on official results from recognized sporting bodies, league organizers, or game providers. war178 uses official results published by organizations such as FIFA, UEFA, the English Premier League, BRI Liga 1, and licensed casino game studios. Settlement of bets is final once officially confirmed, except in cases of obvious error.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, your stake is returned to your Account balance.

Live betting (in-play betting) odds change rapidly based on match developments. Bets placed during live events are subject to short delays for acceptance. war178 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time due to significant events (goals, red cards, injuries) or technical issues.
All casino games on the war178 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live video feeds from licensed studios. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface.
war178 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits. These terms are published with each promotion and must be read before claiming a bonus.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Only bets on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Wagers placed on excluded games or bets that hedge risk (e.g., betting on both sides of an outcome) do not contribute to wagering requirements.
war178 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
war178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual users from promotions at our sole discretion.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
war178 strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. war178 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
In the event of technical errors, including incorrect odds, incorrect bet acceptance, or game malfunctions, war178 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their state prior to the error. We are not liable for losses resulting from such errors.
war178 integrates services from third-party providers including payment processors, game studios, and data providers. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or losses caused by third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, war178 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited in your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any resulting losses. war178 does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice, and we encourage responsible betting at all times.
If you have a dispute, complaint, or concern regarding any aspect of the war178 platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. Our support team will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your dispute by requesting review by a senior manager. Provide all relevant details including Account information, transaction records, and a clear explanation of the issue.
war178's decision on any dispute is final and binding. By using the Platform, you agree to accept our determinations in good faith. If you continue to disagree after escalation, you may refer the matter to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction war178 operates.
Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event or transaction in question. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements may have restrictions on withdrawal until requirements are met or bonuses are forfeited.
war178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to normal rules. Legitimate Account balances (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you, subject to completion of KYC verification and any ongoing investigations.
Accounts that remain inactive (no deposits, bets, or logins) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per month after the initial 12-month period, deducted from the Account balance.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which war178 is licensed and operates. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
You acknowledge that war178 operates internationally and is not licensed by Indonesian authorities. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable Indonesian law. war178 does not provide legal advice regarding your obligations under Indonesian law.
